1.1. The Website and the App are an online platform (marketplace) that allows Users to purchase food and related goods from various Sellers and to use Pickers for order assembly and delivery.

1.2. The Administration grants the User access to the Services on the terms set forth in this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Public Offer for Buyers, and other documents posted on the Website and in the App.

1.3. The Administration reserves the right at any time to modify, supplement, or cancel the provisions of this Agreement without prior notice to the User. The new version becomes effective when published on the Website and in the App.

2.1. The subject of this Agreement is the Administration's provision of access to the Website and App Services, including but not limited to:

• Viewing the catalog of goods and services;
• Placing orders for goods and services;
• Interacting with Sellers and Pickers;
• Using payment systems to pay for orders;
• Receiving information about order status;
• Leaving reviews and ratings.

2.2. The Administration is not the seller of goods and does not provide delivery services; it only provides an information platform for interaction between Users (Buyers), Sellers, and Pickers.

3.1. To use the full functionality of the Website and App, the User must complete registration, after which a unique account will be created for the User.

3.2. When registering, the User undertakes to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

3.3. The User is solely responsible for the security of the means used to access the account and must keep them confidential.

3.4. The User bears full responsibility for all actions performed under their account.

4.1. Rights and obligations of the Administration:

4.1.1. The Administration undertakes to:

• Ensure the operation of the Website and App, as well as access to the Services;
• Take necessary measures to protect the User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
• Review User requests and take measures to resolve them.

4.1.2. The Administration has the right to:

• Change the design of the Website and App and the content of the Services at any time;
• Suspend, restrict, or terminate the User's access to the Services if the Agreement is violated;
• Delete User accounts in case of violation of this Agreement or applicable Russian law.

4.2. Rights and obligations of the User:

4.2.1. The User undertakes to:

• Comply with this Agreement and other documents governing the use of the Services;
• Not use the Website and App to commit unlawful acts;
• Not infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
• Not distribute malicious software, spam, or other unwanted information;
• Not interfere with the operation of the Website and App;
• Pay for ordered goods and services on time.

4.2.2. The User has the right to:

• Use all available Website and App Services;
• Contact the Administration's support service;
• Leave reviews and ratings about Sellers, Pickers, and goods.

5.1. The procedure for placing orders, payment terms, delivery timeframes and methods, and return terms are governed by the Public Offer for Buyers posted on the Website and in the App.

5.2. The User confirms that they have reviewed and agree to the Public Offer for Buyers before placing an order.

6.1. The Administration is not liable for:

• The quality, quantity, and completeness of goods sold by Sellers;
• Acts or omissions of Sellers and Pickers;
• Delays or failures caused by force majeure;
• The actions of transfer systems, banks, or payment systems;
• The proper functioning of the Website and App if the User lacks the necessary technical means.

6.2. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

6.3. If the User violates this Agreement, the Administration may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Services.

7.1. All objects available on the Website and in the App, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, software, databases, music, sounds, and other objects (the "Content"), are objects of exclusive rights belonging to the Administration, Users, and other right holders.

7.2. The Content may only be used within the functionality offered by the Website and App. Any other use of the Content without the right holder's permission is strictly prohibited.

8.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations.

8.2. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, they shall be heard in court at the location of the Administration.

9.1. This Agreement becomes effective for the User from the moment they accept its terms.

9.2. If one or more provisions of this Agreement are found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

9.3. Matters not regulated by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
